Under the MIRROR project, a project conference took place in online-offline hybrid mode on the 15-16th of December in Valetta, Malta, titled “Migration in Focus: Addressing Informational Challenges in Humanitarian Actions“. The conference was attended by representatives from academia, policymaking, civil society and international organisations working in the field of migration. The event was organised by the University of Malta with the organisational support of the HENSOLDT Analytics team. The aim of the conference was to have a discussion on the information challenges that migrants and humanitarian organisations supporting migrant communities are facing and on possible ways in which these challenges can be addressed through new policies and humanitarian action. In one of the conference sessions, Luciano d’Andrea (K&I) presented the contents of the report on potential factors influencing the social acceptance of the MIRROR system.
